The house keepers especially Julia, was amazing, and the other lady. Came in and clean my room spotless, and catered to my needs. The black gentleman at the front desk, always made sure I was comfortable. And the owners/managers made sure I didn't anything. I'm looking forward to staying there again real soon.. I’m pretty familiar with the area as I grew up in Portland, and now living in another state but location is pretty central whichever way you go you’ll find something ie: Head N and you’ll be in Wa State, go E to PDX, S to Downtown, or head W for the Zoo. 10-15 min drive either em way you go. It’s not the prettiest but you get what you pay for! WiFi available, Air condition rooms and cable TV basic necessities met for low cost!
I liked that it was a place to stay that wasn’t my car.

The staff was incredible!! Honestly, the kindest most attentive group I've encountered in my recent travels!! None of this review is directed to those individuals, they do an amazing job and should be given recognition for doing so!!
Air conditioner was nice to have. Clean room and comfy bed. And the maids were nice and attentive.
Room was very old but fairly clean
Great consistent nightly rate. This was probably a negative experience for some guests, but the night we stayed, there was an illegal drifting/ auto racing "take over" right outside at the closest main intersection. We had fun watching the exciting free entertainment for the hour it lasted. It is the least expensive hotel I've found in Portland, it's a little rough, but it's clean and the hoes and dope boys that stay are surprisingly respectful and quiet.
The only thing I can give credit for is that there was a roof over my head. That's about it.
